Issues with initial VPN Connection

I'm using 1.1.3 and I noticed that my VPN wouldn't connect unless I disabled it in apps. Tried messing with tweak injection with Choicy but couldn't find a solution. Messed around more, and figured out I could have it checked and successfully connect to my VPN, and uncheck afterwards without respringing and it would still work. Disconnected and reconnected my Wifi and it would still successfully connect even though it was enabled in apps now. Works successfully until I respring again and have to go through the process of checking and unchecking again.
Yet another core functionality somehow broken by changing colors. Thanks for the heads up, I haven't experienced any issues regarding connecting to VPNs while Flora is enabled thus far but I'll investigate further soon.
