Implement livenessProbe for acryl-datahub-actions container

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The acryl-datahub-action container in the deployment does not define liveness probes. It's generally good practice to implement them to enable self-healing if something goes wrong within the container.

Liveness probes should be implemented for all containers of the helm chart, including datahub-actions
