Kindly add an example for using Microsoft SQL Server on Windows VM

We do not support services on Windows. So using SQL Server on a Windows VM would require it to be preinstalled and configured.

The Windows VM has SQL LocalDB pre-installed. What would be the appropriate repo. to suggest adding an example for using that?
