magsafe turns orange if unplug and plug again when maintain level was reached

magsafe color turns orange if unplug and plug back when maintain level was reached.

Expected behavior (required)
When level is 80 or higher, if not plugged, when plugging magsafe, it should be green and not orange.

I sometime got the battery value witch goes up to 80% (right now it's to 81%)

macos also sets magsafe to be orange by optimized battery charging is on. The battery level is 80% and charging is off.
