When timing buttons have no text, their meaning is not clear

On some resolutions (e.g. width 1200px x height 1920px and 140% zoom) the text of the non-clickable timing buttons disappears. In that case, it is not clear what the times mean.
There should probably be at least a tooltip in that case.
