Attrition needs balancing

As it is, attrition is almost always worse than just attacking once and being done with it.

Perhaps:

Attrition: Roll 2 dice, take the smaller of the two and discard that many cards.

The only thing is that attacking leaves you open to being nuked or sniped, so there is a risk there.
