Help me build a log4net Azure Log Analytics Appender for the GitHub community, neigh, the world! I'll even do the nuget thing if I can scrape together a few $$$ more

Obviously, I'd like it to come with a test case, to externalise the Authentication credentials (ideally retrieve them securely from, well, somewhere) and be beautifully written code. Tabbers need not apply
