[BUG] `chcolor` freezes when provided incorrect values

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the unwanted behavior:

  1. Build and run the main branch version of Highlight OS.
  2. Run chcolor with incorrect values (color list)

Expected behavior
Command should return 4 (here and here)
