No localstorage of instance means load twice on first connect

annoying if browser has no localstorage for said instance, you need to do instance name twice... may need to do a force reload if they have not local storage for the instance is the case as a work around.

or maybe sync needs to be forced?

Thought I had fixed this need to do some more tests.
I think maybe mobile only issue now ?
