Stop clearing existing switch-diode connection when run without actions

To reproduce:

  1. open demo board and run placement with routing
  2. run plugin again but deselect all options (layout file, routing check-boxes etc.). Click OK
    Plugin would clear first switch-diode routing but it shouldn't
