Alt NumPad/Hex

Enable "Alt NumPad", alone side "Alt + HexPad" character input; win32 console,

Requirements:

• "Alt NumPad", NumLock to be set, num-pad cursor events wont be reported.
• "Alt + HexPad", the registry value "EnableHexNumpad" under "HKEY_Current_User/Control Panel/Input Method" == "1".
