jekyll 0.12.0 support?

Hi, I noticed this gem doesn't work with jekyll 0.12.0.

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "jekyll":
 In Gemfile:
  rack-jekyll (>= 0) ruby depends on
   jekyll (~> 0.11.0) ruby

 jekyll (0.12.0)

I was wondering if this is intentional or just an old gemspec?

I think it's just an old gemspec. I've updated the version dependencies in #9. Let's hope for a speedy merge. 😄

#9 has been merged and rack-jekyll has Jekyll 0.12.0 support now.
