ie conditionals missing adapt id

When previewing from the builder the main.html is missing an id id="adapt", it should be the following: <!--[if IE 7 ]><html id="adapt" class="ie ie7 no-js" lang="en"><![endif]-->
<!--[if IE 8 ]><html id="adapt" class="ie ie8 no-js" lang="en"><![endif]-->
<!--[if IE 9 ]><html id="adapt" class="ie ie9 no-js" lang="en"><![endif]-->

this needs updated asap!!
