Doing registry checks takes a few seconds, even when the bypass setting is enabled.

Hey there.

Running Ambassador latest, transferring players between similar servers without the client reset packet mod installed always takes between 2-5 seconds while the registry check is occuring.

However, I don't think this should be happening if I have chosen to specifically bypass the registry check, as the transfer will occur regardless when that setting is enabled (successful or not).

I think the registry/mod check (which takes the 2-5 seconds each time before transferring) should only occur if the proxy is not bypassing those checks, otherwise the player should be transferred immediately upon request.

The ability to transfer to similar servers in Ambassador has been a game-changer, thank you for the continued updates!

This is a well known bug. And I'm welcome to anyone that can find out why this happens.
The thing that takes time is handshaking with the server for some reason and has nothing to do with the registry checks because the handshake needs to happen either way.

Interesting context which may/may not be relevant is that this issue doesn't happen when a client reset packet mod is installed locally -- which means this only happens when we're not resetting.
