Performance metrics only does not work

The perf option seems to be ignored, running the following two configs creates the same report:

plugins: [
  new WebpackLighthousePlugin({
    url: 'https://airhorner.com',
    perf: true
  })
]

plugins: [
  new WebpackLighthousePlugin({
    url: 'https://airhorner.com'
  })
]
