UTM iPadOS 4.5.3 - does not show the installation disc in OpenCore

I've tried different configs, different images, and different boot positions, but for some reason the disc still doesn't show up
Also tried online dmg installers and offline qcow2 but it didn't help.

Been trying to solve the problem all night, and in the end this method has the easiest solution to the problem - placing install image 3 in the list (after bios and efi) as usb disk image
