External button

Hi,

I would like to ask that is there a way to add an external button to the menu. I don't want to jump to the actual link just pre-select. When I press the extra button, then I would jump to the page.
I would appreciate some help or just give me some advice please, if it's possible.

You can place any element instead/next to menu item text
In example below I've put an checkbox...
