Support automatic Hotspot creation and joining

Allow hotspots to be automatically:
- created
- support multiple active DM hotspots (list them, let user choose)
- one selected for battle

@karthikradhakrishnan96 Just got hotspot based games working without having to resort to making it hotspot-only.
Pros of Hotspot-only:
- Much more intuitive. Helps naive users.
- Reduces game setup time.
Cons of Hotspot-only:
- If you're connected to a wifi with net, you might be disinclined to disconnecting from it. But in that case you might as well have an online game.
- Reflection is the only method to implement it - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6394599/android-turn-on-off-wifi-hotspot-programmatically (no API). This makes it slightly unreliable, and might make it unplayable on some devices unless we test extensively and with every update.
