How to apply bug fixes to ZEC wallet lite

Hello all new to the forum and Zec wallet lite. I use both mobile version and desktop and am having issues with slow or no sync on both. Can someone please explain how to apply the bug fixes listed on the Code page? Any tutorials posted?

I'm just a user who has had similar problems as well. I think that the underlying database is at a hardcoded location (~/.zcash/zecwallet-light-wallet.dat). So, on a Mac, for example, you can just download the latest release and put it in applications and run it to update. Make sure to back up your seed phrase securely and your funds will be safe. Old wallets with a lot of notes, transactions and addresses are much harder to sync now. The best thing to do once you get syncd and are able to send IMO is to create a brand new wallet and sweep all the funds to the new wallet so that you don't have to rescan older blocks for multiple addresses.
