Sheet data not loaded. It's "trying to send and receive data from external parties"

I took the sheet file and uploaded it to Google Sheets. It was fine till November. I opened it then in February, but now cells that fetch data like question number, name, link etc, don't have proper data in them. Sheets shows a message "Warning: Some formulas are trying to send and receive data from external parties.".
