Add links to 'Pattern' and 'Implied Pattern'

If a statement matches a Statement Template's determining values and uses the profile version as a category context activity, it MUST be sent as part of a Pattern or Implied Pattern.

This is the first signifiant time the terms 'Pattern' or 'Implied Pattern'. come up I think and it would be useful to include a link to explain what they are.
