Add options to update user info

I would like a feature that would allow what user info is updated when you have the update user info flag on. We have certain use case where we do not want the first or last name updated at all, but the email address would need to be updated. Currently as our users change their email address we are getting duplicate accounts in our environment and with this feature it would help prevent this.
