Prerequisites

Description

The glyph for U+21B9 (↹, LEFTWARDS ARROW TO BAR OVER RIGHTWARDS ARROW TO BAR) is incorrect in Source Han Serif.

According to the code chart, this particular character has leftward arrow on top, rightward arrow on bottom.
