[hlx5] Rename repo to aem-boilerplate

To better align the name, we need to rename this repo to aem-boilerplate. The rename will happen when #257 is done (~aem-ification of the boilerplate).
Also, the current https://github.com/adobe/aem-boilerplate/ is a temporary repo for preparing the documentation and test the aem-lib deployment. It will be deleted when we rename this one.
