Update link field in title and button dialog

Button dialog currently has a textfield with personalization plugin for the linkUrl
- Check if this can be changed to a path browser with personlization still working
- If not, change it to a path browser without personalization (Editors then will paste in the personalization code manually)
- Make sure link checker does not delete personalized links
