[Segment Component] Items can't be deleted after updating to core components 2.21.0

After the update to core components 2.21.0 child items of the Segment Component can't be deleted anymore. This is a regression of the changes done in adobe/aem-core-wcm-components#2241

A new core components version is needed to fix this issue. Otherwise the multifield is broken after the delete operation and the dialog needs to be reopened. See adobe/aem-core-wcm-components#2302
