Segmentation Component - Does not allow update to Custom name or condition once the dialog is saved

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add segmentation component to the page
2. Define 2 segments
3. First - default segment (any component type)
4. Second - Custom Segment (any component type)
5. Give Name and Condition to the custom Segment
6. Save the dialog
7. Refresh the page and open the Segmentation Component dialog once again
8. Try to edit the Name and Condition of the custom segment.

Current Behavior:
Dialog closes after I update the name/condition, but the changes do not persist.

Expected Behavior:
Segmentation component allows updating Name/Condition of a Custom Segment from within the component dialog.
