Improve template selection wording

Describe the bug
When going through app init, it's not clear that users can bypass template selection and create a standalone app

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
run aio app init
Follow prompts
Get confused at Choose the template(s) to install:

Expected behavior
Add wording to let the user know they can proceed without template selection
