it can't be reproduced:
curl -sD- 'https://adobeioruntime.net/api/v1/web/helix-pages/helix-services/static@1.13.0?owner=adobe&repo=theblog&ref=master&path=/404.html&plain=true&esi=false¶ms='
but trace&debug shows:
