First image in fragment treated as a hero image

Actual Behaviour
When inserting a fragment, the doc-detail-hero-image is added to the first image for the fragment, causing it to be treated like a hero image and cropped (via object-fit: cover) in an odd way
Expected Behaviour
doc-detail-hero-image should be omitted inside a fragment
