`Open The Terminal` improvement

Open The Terminal should switch focus to the newly opened Command Prompt window immediately. Currently, it still keep focus on the skylark window. One may think he's already typing in the terminal window, but indeed he's still typing in skylark, the document is filled with nonsense commands.
