[Q] support for esc[0m and esc[1m ?

Hi there,

is there a chance to get support for
esc[0m = normal text
and
esc[1m = bold text

Maybe with different colorset like
color 0a
and
colordbld 0c

or "only" the high-intense color for the normal color, so that highlighted menu-item appear in a differnet color - like on this conmand-window - because CMDer/ConEmu isnt that fast as ansicon on older systems (like with WinXP):

I've thought about doing something like that (specific colors for individual attributes) for quite a while, but never got around to it. Now that it's been requested I should do it, but heaven knows when...
