this error make can't use python pip。how to uninstall ansicon ?

ansicon -u will uninstall ANSICON (if you can't even run Command Prompt any more, open the Run dialog and enter cmd /d).
I have tried this,but it has no effect.
operations:
1 ansicon -u
2 delete the files E:\Tools\ansi160

but these is info:

I think maybe solve the problem by modifing some value of the regedit,but I don't know where the value is.
all right! I solve it by found the autorun and deleted its value
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->Software->Microsoft->Command Processsor->AutoRun->delete the value "(if %ANSICON_VER%==^%ANSICON_VER^% "E:\Tools\ansi166\x64\ansicon" -p)"
