Search what-ifs as well

Could the website allow to search what-ifs? For example, in a chat, this came up:

Searching for sneezes:

This should pull up https://what-if.xkcd.com/55/.

Since the what ifs contain text, they could be crawled even if explain xkcd doesn't have them.
