Why did you move to France?

My wife is French and I am American. We both wanted our kids to have the opportunity to become fluent in French (they were already speaking it somewhat when we were in the US) and they were at the right age to make the move (9 years old). At the time I was freelancing, so it was a good time to do it for me as well, and that was it.
