Fix layout issue, missing up on Internet Explorer Browser

@NullOverride should we just move People to a different page? The landing page is just soooooo long!
The "d-sm-block" CSS property can be taken out too. The only reason why I added that was bc on mobile, the scroll through the People section was wayyyy to long.
Sounds like a great idea. Taking out the "d-sm-block" property won't fix the issue and would make problems when using smaller browsers. We can also consider just throwing out IE support. The accordion buttons don't seem to work either and I haven't figured out why yet.
@NullOverride go ahead and try whatever you can to make it work by best your best judgement. You got this!
As for the accordion for Affiliates, go ahead and take that out. Kerrie said she wants to get rid of that and make to categories Projects and Teams.
- Projects = Cyber Camp 2018, Facebook CTF, Cyber Security Website
- Teams = Competition Team, Server Club
It looks beautifully on IE now. Thank you everyone for working on this. Really love how it looks and it is coming together wonderfully. I will push out the rest of my tasks soon. Get some rest everyone.
