Custom css file is added to entire control panel, and not redactor RTE

It would be better if the custom css is applied only to the styles within the rich text editor, and not applied to the entire control panel. We often include a link to main website style.css in RTEs of CMSs, to apply all the styles on the front end to within the RTE. This means we do not need duplication of styles in an admin.css. With this plugin we cannot do that as our styles are being applied to the control panel. We would need to duplicate styles and prefix with the redactor selectors. Also, as its a redactor styles css, it should only be applicable to redactor, and not be linked to the control panel styling at all.
I guess this may not be possible in Craft plugins, hence why its in the control panel head and not in the RTE styling, but thought I would bring it up anyway in case it can be achieved.
