Missing header file in SKE

The Header file xAsmIfc.h does not exist in SKE 14-034.010, resulting in an error when building with cargo build.
Replacing xAsmIfc.h with types.h in the wrapper file works for me.

I hope that this is now resolved, using the new mechanism introduced in 522b287. I'm still missing some pieces to get this merged back on main though,
