SKSE Complains about compatibility with AE

I downloaded mod on 18th of November 2021. It was working with AE, but then something happened (maybe minor patch to Skyrim) and SKSE refused to launch. I ended up updating SKSE from 2.1.2 to 2.1.3. Now SKSE says the helper is incompatible with runtime.
I noticed that there were some commits to CommonLibSSE if this is of any help (not sure if those commits are relevant).
