Simple application level authentication

Since the jar is running on server.. the sysadmin/infra/operator can to activate authentication by the command line.

for instance:

java -jar cloverxell.jar -user admin -passwd admin

then, when the user access the page , cloverxell will prompt a login / password defined as argument
