Add back configuration interface

The configuration interface is useful independently of the Launcher, but the two features have not been properly combined (to simplify the launch cycle development the configurator was disabled). It should be added back now and nodes made to be run using custom and/or default configurations pickable before launching a node, and editable and exportable by the user.
