Unhandled Exception : java.lang.RuntimeException: /app/.local/share/sfdx/client/7.176.1-458b658/bin/node: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version GLIBC_2.28' not found (required by /app/.local/share/sfdx/client/7.176.1-458b658/bin/node)`
Getting above exception while trying to deploy to a developer org using deploy to salesforce button.
I'm also experiencing this issue.

Hoping for an update on this issue soon, this is causing a ton of disruption for us.
I am facing the same issue.

Just worked for me...
@justin-lyon i just tried with your repo and also works fine...while things seem to be fine above also - i have also redeployed apone a new Heroku stack - so curious to see if anyone can still repo this error?
@afawcett thanks i just confirmed the same. The gremlin is no longer there. i wonder what it was. nothing free tier heroku related?
