Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am on a group members page group/:id/members

  • WHEN I click the "New Member" button
  • THEN I will be redirected to the public signup form for my group (group/:group_id/signup_forms/:form_id/signups/new

Context

This eliminates the need to play both #576 and #577
