Acceptance Criteria
GIVEN I am a logged-in user who doesn't already belong to Group Foo
- WHEN I visit Group Foo's subgroup creation page
/groups/:id/subgroups/new - THEN I should not see any "Organizer Fields" in the right aside
- AND WHEN I click on the "Submit" button
- THEN the group should be created with me as its organizer
- AND I should be redirected to its dashboard
- AND I should be added to its google group
- AND I should receive a welcome email
