BUG: breadcrumb link broken

Symptoms
- if i am logged in as a non-organizer member, and i go to a top level group's dashboard page, then click on the link to the group's name in the breadcrumbs sections, i get a halting error (when i am redirected to
/profile) i should be redirected to the group's dashboard page
for example, if i click on National Network link below, it errors:
