metamask popup problem

I use 5 accounts on 1 bot, and get this issue. When the auth popup appears, it appears under the browser due to the fact that the bot apparently clicks on the browser window. This results in a looping attempt for authorization and has to be repaired manually. It would be cool if the bot could detect the presence of an open metamask authorization window. Thanks
