I am frustated at any time to set the size of the buttons

I want to add animation scroll buttons to this project at the top for (Home,About,services,etc..)

Describe alternatives you've considered.

HTML,CSS is used to add animated scroll buttons.

Please get assigned to issue before making a pr, also not needed as of now as current one looks good.
