Builing on Windows via GitHub action fails during style checking

Currently, the Windows build fails during style checking. In the Linux build, the style checking seems to run through without issues.
This is definitely not caused by thechanges in #26 since it also fails with the latest master and dev branches (see https://github.com/dlaidig/nanonote/actions/runs/3951167822).
