Create contest for Cricket tournaments

Make a second type of Cricket contest for Tournaments that follows Tournament Bracket Structure. User can interact with the bracket by selecting or dragging Team Crest / Flags.
Contest Parameters should be similar to Cricket Match Contest.
Also, provide the Winner-declaration-logic.
