Make agentos.org registry page (point to heroku instance of webapp)

Our public registry is currently at https://aos-web.herokuapp.com. We should set up agentos.org/registry (and registry.agentos.org) the definitive URL.
Then per #332 we will have the agentos.org webpage link to the registry.
